One might not want to watch a movie like Reva in a dubbed mode, far less expect the spirit of the movie to be faithfully captured in other languages. As an aside, subtitles is an innovation whose benefits far surpass its very simple implementation. Eavesdropping on a (Twitter) conversation I was glad to know that it was on Amazon Prime.
Reva, a Gujarati film (also called dhollywood, as I just learnt), was on my Twitter feed a few days ago on the eve of its win at the National Film Awards.
